กลอนรักหวานแหววจาก Pillars of The World

ว่าจะเขียนวิจารณ์ถึงเรื่องแฟนตาซีของ Anne Bishop ทั้งชุด Black Jewels Trilogy และชุด Tir Alainn Trilogy มาตั้งนานก็ยังไม่ได้ทำเสียที ทั้งวิจารณ์ตัว Black Jewels แล้วก็ Tir Alainn เดี่ยว ๆ แล้วก็เปรียบเทียบทั้งสองเรื่องด้วย

แต่ตอนนี้ เพิ่งนึกถึงเพลงใน Pillars of The World เล่มแรกของชุด Tir Alainn ขึ้นมาได้ ก็เลยว่าจะเอามาลงให้ตัวเองเกิดแรงเขียนเสียที – แค่นี้ก็มีหนังสือให้เขียนเล่า บทความให้เขียนถึง นอกเหนือจากสิ่งที่จะต้องอ่านทั้งหลายทั้งสิ้นมากเหลือเกินแล้ว

ก็นาน ๆ ที มันก็มีเพลง (กลอนรัก) หวานแหววแบบนี้โผล่มา โดยเฉพาะกับเรื่องของ Anne Bishop น่ะนะ นอกเหนือจากนัยตามกลอนที่ลึกซึ้ง และมีความหมายมากพอดู ถ้าไม่เอามาลงก็กระไร

I gave my love a string of pearls
As fine as they could be.
She gave me back the string of pearls.

โดยเฉพาะประโยคพวกนี้


Hell’s fire, Mother Night, and may the Darkness be merciful. ตัวอุทานเฉพาะเรื่อง ว่าติดตาจากการย้ำแล้วย้ำอีก แล้วก็ยังไม่เท่าประโยค realist เลือดเย็นอย่างเป็นจริง ที่ทำให้หลงรัก และกลายมาเป็นหนึ่งใน mantra ประจำใจ
